SDR Performance Reports/Dashboards, OKR Examples
& Leadership Philosophy

I report with precision and consistency, leveraging custom-built Salesforce dashboards developed in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Operations. These dashboards track MoM, QoQ, and YoY performance, providing visibility into every metric that matters. I even dive into the daily metrics of emails sent vs. responses, to cold call connections, referrals, objections, and names dropped. If it can be measured, I’ve built a way to track it.

I break down high-level OKRs into tactical KPIs by quarter, month, and even week to ensure alignment with annual goals. Every metric fuels performance clarity, accountability, and action. This helps to enable real-time coaching and transparent performance management across the team.

My Leadership Philosophy

A strong culture starts with who you hire and how you lead. I believe in hiring people with grit, emotional intelligence, and a hunger to grow. They must possess a strong "fire in the belly" as I sometimes Iike to call it. Over the years, many of the candidates I’ve brought into organizations have become top-performing sales executives and influential leaders. Fostering a great company culture from the ground up is something I specialize in. I possess a strong ability to bring out the best in others and motivate them to want to be their best. One thing I talk to my team about is their routine and the ability to optimize their schedule and time so that they can bring their best self to the workplace. Like any elite professional, it's important to have the ability to stick to a routine and find ways to maximize time, as we don't have endless amounts of it.

I lead by example. That means showing up for the team, stepping into the work myself, and setting a tone of consistency and integrity. I empower people to take ownership, provide clear direction, and expect accountability in return. Feedback is a vital part of the process. It should be direct, actionable, and met with the mindset to improve.

The interview process I run is unique. I focus on mindset, drive, and coachability as much as experience. This approach has helped me build teams that generate tens of millions in revenue and elevate the overall culture of the business.

Great leadership is not about telling others what to do. It’s about showing them how to do it, then helping them exceed their own expectations.
